Thank you for supporting PKC Collection choosing to shop small means more to us than we can ever fully express. Every order is prepared by hand with care and intention, reflecting the heart behind our small, female-led brand. We’re always creating, thoughtfully introducing new collections while continuing to expand our size range and designs so more of you can feel included and seen.
While we would love to offer full refunds, we’re not quite able to operate like larger brands just yet. As a small, inventory-focused business, we offer store credit in order to stay sustainable and continue growing. Because of you, we’re building toward a future where we can offer even more along with more styles, more sizes, and more flexibility.
We truly hope you love everything you receive, and we’re so grateful to be a small part of your world but just incase somethings not quite perfect please feel free to process a return below. We look forward to helping you find something you love.

RETURN POLICY
If you’re not totally in love with your PKC Collection purchase, you may return it for store credit or exchange only within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached and cannot be labeled final sale. Items with stains, marks, perfume scents, bodily scents, accidental tears due to mishandling, or missing items such as: dress tie, included belt, etc., will not be accepted.
All returns and or exchanges must be processed through our online return portal. Any items not processed through our online portal will not be accepted and automatically returned to sender.
Please note the cost of a requested return label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit never expires and will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways and are not redeemable as store credit.
In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways within 3 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You have 3 days to report any defects, damages, or incorrect items to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Be sure to email us mail us right away!
Please note that colors and patterns may vary due to variations between different monitors and screens, photography lenses and lighting, as well as other factors. These variances do not qualify as defects.

Undelivered Items?
We are not responsible for the fee to re-ship undelivered items sent back to us. Customers are responsible for providing a proper address and acceptable mail box standards in which to receive a package. A re-shipment fee will be issued to re-ship all undelivered items that come back to us solely based on weight. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages?
Please contact USPS to file a claim as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Most of our packages are insured for your peace of mind. Feel free to reach out for any needed information on our end.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note our order cancellation policy has changed. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Our shipping team works very hard to ensure all our customers receive their orders in the fastest possible way. Because of this orders cannot be cancelled once placed as the shipping process begins immediately after an order is placed. We thank you kindly for your understanding. Please note returns or exchanges will still be an available option to all our customers.
