Currently our store only offers exchanges or store credit at this time.
In order to receive an exchange or store credit you must contact us via email within 7 days of your order arriving. Failure to do so will result in a final sale. All items from our SALE section are final sale. Policy strictly enforced.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
1 All returns must be accepted via email first *no exceptions*
Once your return is accepted you can pack and secure your order in it's original package (if possible) with packing slip included.
2 Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.
(The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.)
*Note: If you'd like to purchase a return label through us you can do so. The cost of the label is based on weight and will be deducted from your return credit. This is more cost effective than doing so through your local post office for this option email us at email@example.com for with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
3 Ship the item(s) back to our return address provided via email and you're set!
Once we've received your package, our exchange department will contact you via email to issue your store credit code for easy access shopping.
In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways, just email us.
